The apartment was great and in a fantastic location. It had all the amenities you need when you’re living away from home. Huge balcony that’s east facing.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable. A little noisy if you open the door to the balcony.

The apartment looked exactly like the posted photos. It was clean and well kept. Everything worked Very roomy. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The cloths washer was a plus. Located near lots of restaurants, coffee shops, stores and public transportation. The shared entry doesn't impact as it's simply a door leading to two seperate locked apartment doors. Recommend.

Check-in process was horrible, so complicated and you can’t get advice or contact to the property owner directly as it was overseas phone number. Condition Check in 4pm (too late) check out 9am so early than standard. I requested check-in 15 minutes early. The owner sent me the web link. Need to pay $15 for early check-in 15 minutes. Room #201 deposit $400 and car park deposit for $50. I need to pay for the parking $20 per day. I didn’t get my deposit back yet. It takes 5-7 days 😢. These conditions you won’t know until you booked in. Room have not enough utensil and not enough equipments for basic stay for 2 nights. Room needs maintenance wall so dirty stain on walks, the kitchen wall so greasy, the benchtop splashback oily and greasy. The owner only provided one little hand towel for the whole unit. No instruction how to use all equipment s and electric cook stove. I managed contact to the property manager but didn’t get a friendly service. Aircon didn’t work. Only One portable heater in the small bedroom for sharing the unit.
