The property was well located, near a long street of restaurants and near main attractions in Ginza. It had a modern vibe. The rooms were small but very functional, good shower, all necessary amenities and toiletries provided.
The breakfast was advertised as Italian but not really. Breakfast had a few options but not very well cooked. Specialty coffees at an extra charge. Staff were nice but cold and not very welcoming.

The atmosphere, amenities, cleanliness were all wonderful. The lobby and bar were fun and welcoming. Loved the design and the rooms were large.
Location was slightly inconvenient as it was somewhat far from stations.

The hotel is in a great area with a lot of shopping , restaurants and bars. The bar offers nice food and drinks, unfortunately it closes at 9 pm which is quite early. The staff was very friendly. The amount of space in the room was better than an average hotel room in Japan. Overall I would book it again, because of the price and quality.

Staff poco accogliente rispetto allo stile giapponese, bar soprattutto.
