Good central location and spacious flat
The balconies weren't really usable as the front was too narrow and too noisy and the back very enclosed. The flat had good sound proofing, but you needed as street noise outside quite loud. Not homely, but comfortable enough.

Location was very good for restaurants, good supermarket, bus station. Easy walk to the sea. Flat was large for just 1 person. Well equipped. Family owned.
