The property was in a great location.it was very close to the centre and mins away from the beach. It was in a quiet, well maintained estate
It is in need of a revamp. The bed linen were very poor. No fitted sheets and thread bare.It needs to be painted. Some of the cups and glasses were chipped and kitchen utensils need to be replenished.
The garden furniture was broken in the garden and thrown in the corner and it was dangerous with rusty nails on view.
There was a smell coming from the on suite bathroom and when I called the caretaker and asked for someone to call. They said run the water but I have read other comments that had happened before

The location is near the sea, pier and the town.
Lack of tea/coffee pots, toilet rolls, one of the sinks was slightly blocked.

It’s a beautiful house nice warm clean and comfortable
No toilet tissue
No coffee maker, there is a lid from a cafetière but no jug, there is a George Foreman grill which has seen better days and needs to be dumped.

Everything was great for our stay. Beautiful house. Clean. Great srea
We had problems with the front door key and lock. We did report to the caretaker but he could not fix until the following week. So was worried about it as door handle was nearly off. Also had problems with noisy 6 teenagers in no 63. Banging .slamming doors throughout the night. I did knock on their door but no answer. I reported it but the company do not have that property on books. They left when we had gone out so i missed them to ask to be quiet.

The beach was the best part of the location it's so easy to go for walk with the dog. The bathroom and washer/dryer downstairs was very helpful for me.
Having keys left in key safe when you arrive is handy and contactless for those wishing to have less contact.
The wifi had poor signal. The garden was the biggest disappointment as was covered in someone else's dog poop. We ended up going out the first night picking up the poop as didn't want to get our dog sick. Very disappointed in the response from the caretaker too just an appology and they expect owners to pick up after the dog.
House was on the dusty side too would definitely recommend cleaning down things. All the headboard of the beds covered in dust
