We had a great time in Rosemary Beach. The home is centrally located and is walking distance to both Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach. Very quiet, well taken care of community. Host is responsive & extremely helpful. Rebekah provided great local recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

The studio is thoughtfully designed and the location on 30A is wonderful. We rarely drove anywhere, close to Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Beach access is a short walk away, unit is also directly across from the pool. Rebekah was very responsive, a detailed guide was provided in advance of our stay. The kitchen supports simple needs, good size refrigerator. Very quiet time on 30A (not peak season) which made our stay even more enjoyable.

As advertised. Plenty of parking, easy to find and close to many restaurants/shops. The room was clean and included everything we needed for a weekend. Prefect for a couple but wouldn’t want to stay much longer especially if you have kids with you. Would definitely rent again

Had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay! The room was cozy and so tastefully done. The furnishings were all comfortable and practical. Stocked with everything you could need. Truly felt like a home away from home. Location was convenient to so many shops and restaurants. Pool was wonderful and just a short walk to the most beautiful beaches. Loved our stay and plan to come back with our family in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My wife & I have been wanting to stay at this rental since last year. This trip was the perfect opportunity & the McGee’s didn’t disappoint. Beautiful decor, great location, & a balcony. There are plenty of restaurants & paths to walk or ride bikes. We brought our own bikes, but there was a bike rental location in the Village. You also aren’t far from other great beach towns, like Panama City & Seacrest. The beaches in this area (30A) are the beautiful white sand beaches of Florida people talk about (not rocky or full of shells). My wife wants to go back for a girls trip.

This was a perfect little studio for my husband and me to get away for a long weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location and ease of taking the tram to the beach, it was close to the pools, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property was so thoughtfully designed! There was definitely more than enough room to bring the kids along and we hope to stay here again as a family! The most impressive thing was the communication of the property manager, Rebekah. She was prepared and communicated so well. If we had had a problem, which we didn’t, I feel confident her response would’ve been immediate. It was wonderful all around!

Thank you for an incredible stay and experience! The vacation rental was a dream and was a perfect spot for our family. The location is amazing, quick walk or bike to grocery store, beach, restaurants and more. We highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. Can't wait for our next visit!

This cute studio apartment was perfect for a 4 night stay with my best friend and me. The location is perfect. You’re right below shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from another section of shops and restaurants. I’m a runner and the 30A path was perfect for morning runs. I was able to get 6-7 miles in and could have kept going. It’s a great, updated apartment! The king bed is super comfy.

This is a beautiful property in a great location! Central location to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rebekah was a great communicator which was helpful as well. The property was very clean and looked exactly as it does in the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four comfortably stayed in this beautiful condo! We rode our bikes to surrounding restaurants and shops, and enjoyed the tram to and from the beach. The pools were relaxing and only steps away from our building. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was SO cute. There were 3 adults and we fit fine. The beds very extremely comfortable, as were the chairs. It had everything we needed and more. Easy to get to, and all of the things we wanted to see were within walking distance.
Would love to stay here again.

We spent our 10th wedding anniversary at this cute quaint property. It was perfect for us and in a really good location. We could walk to eating places and rent bikes. Easy walk to the beach. We can even bring our kids next time. No complaints! Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay! Room was very pretty and cozy! The beds were super comfortable and plenty of fans to keep you cool at night. The area was very pretty and plenty of things to do and eat in walking distance! Definitely recommend!

Rebekah’s place is located in a gorgeous area near Rosemary Beach. The location is very accessible to other parts of the area, including the beach. We chose to walk and explore a lot with no issues. Her unit had all we needed, and could easily support a family of 5(!) to sleep.

Loved the location and property. More than enough room for my wife and me, small kitchen area if needed, full refrigerator and full bath.
Only a couple small issues, shower isn't great, maybe consider replacing the shower head because the pressure is pretty weak. And this is very picky, but we were only provided a half roll of toilet paper with no backup, so had to go buy a whole new pack. We go through lots with a pregnant wife, so that was slightly annoying.
Overall, great stay, would highly recommend for a couple looking for a weekend stay.

It was a cute little studio! We appreciated the nice decor. It was great that the bunk beds faced the TV (for nightly movies for the kiddos after a long day of play). Some 30A studios have bunk beds in hallway not in main room. It is small(er) for a family but you can make it work especially if you’re planning to be outside a lot. Location is great everything in walking distance. Quick note: tissues, few more bed pillows and heavier blanket on bed would of been great! Overall, highly recommend.

Such a perfect place to stay in at Rosemary beach, didn't mind staying in when it was raining. Love love! the decor! would love it for my bedroom :) Bed was so comfy, loved the linens! Just about everything one needs for the stay is here. Even better than the pictures. Location is perfect in Peddlers village, and short walk to Main Street with fabulous restaurants. A short 6-7min walk to Seacrest beach, the tram was not running during this time, I believe it starts in march. The beach was so peaceful without the crowds, still too cold for swimming at this time.

What a perfect place! We were in town for a wedding and this was was just what we were looking for. Everything was just as described on the listing. We had a great balcony space, comfortable bed and everything we needed from the kitchen to the living space. The place felt bigger than expected too. We had great communication from the owners throughout booking and check in/out was very easy. The area itself offered lots of good little shops and food and an easy walk over to Main St with all the larger restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. The location was right next to several restaurant, right next to the pool and the pick up to go to the beach. We had 4 kids so the pick up was very nice.

Very happy with the location, esp its proximity to the beach tram and pool. It’s also a beautiful unit and very quiet bc you’re at the end of the hall and on a corner. The balcony is private because of it being an end unit. Be aware that if there are more than two of you traveling, you’ll need more beach towels and toiletries. There’s also no cooler, so prepare to bring your own or buy one. Good chance we’d stay here again.
