It’s clean and it has a beautiful little yard so you can enjoy your morning coffee or late night bear.

The hotel is nice and have a garden.

Bathroom. I found 3 worms in the bathroom.

Newly built hostel with private rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The owner is very accomodating and provided flexible check-in and check out. Great facilities from kitchen, drinking water, fridge etc in case you want to cook or something. The room i had was a little noisy in evening as it was next to the kitchen but since i was staying a single night it wasnt much of a problem. The property is very clean and shower is also great with plenty of hot water. Smart TV and airconditioner were a good addition and good speed Wifi. You can pretty much walk to the center of Yerevan via the cascade or a short taxi ride

The staff was very friendly. Owner offered if it was too noisy I should tell him. (My room was just next to a common area). Room was very nice and clean, good shower.

A bit noisy from the common area, but within legitimate limits. It was very quiet after midnight.
