The pictures online were great but nothing like what property actually looked like. Filthy blood on walls near sink and in bathroom. Also mold on ceiling. I ended up not even staying there. I left and went and stayed at family's place nearby. Felt very unsafe. My room seemed to be between a prostitute and a drug dealer. What's worse my room and door was completely blocked by some facade pillar.

Everything i the staff were rude and discourteous. Place was nasty filthy. Like I said I didn't even stay at the room for the night. Didn't even shower there.horrible horrible experience tbh. Will never ever book there again in my life. And definitely 🚫🚫🚫 do not recommend.

My visit to the area was due to an illness in my family. The staff asked me daily how things were going and even asked if I had been taking care of myself, eating and resting. This is exactly how I expected to be treated by family, and this is how they treated me. Like family.

Rooms rugs very dirty, white socks turn black. B-Fast not much of a selection. No one there to check out, requested a copy of my receipt never received.

Wanted fresh towels daily but it's off season we picked up some and extra pillows.

The TV situation was horrendous! It took 30 minutes to figure out how to get to a picture on it, and then, no guide or explanation on how to get from low channels to upper channels except one click at a time, which by the way takes about half a minute for each change. So, even though TV shouldn’t be that big of a deal, when you are away from home working, that’s about all there is to do.

Location is great, right across bridge .

Dirty, molded shower curtain, musty smell, dirty floors, mismatched and stained towels, Neighbors in next door room were loud, started fighting at 6 in the morning. No coffee cups at breakfast the next morning and few options for breakfast.

Staff was friendly

No plugs for phone - had to plug in computer to charge phone. Lamps have those now a days. Cheap investment. Stayed 3 days, Only enough coffee for 2 because no cleaning was offered upon check in. No Remote in the room upon check in around 10pm - tried using phone and it did not work. Desk told me that most of them don't work. There was no breakfast only junk food. Dehumidifier tray was full upon check in and room smelled really musty every day.
