Hills Hotel Lisboa

The staff very nice and helpful, to us at all times,rooftop terrace was lovely liked how easy it was to get to city centre .bed good and comfortable had to move to this suite for shower other suite was lovely but only a bath and no balcony but beautiful, staff very helpful with requestNice smell around the hotel all the staff very nice and helpful whenever we asked they are a great asset to the hotel and helped witb our decsion to return to the hotel but will choose another room.

This suite was very noisy from the road but to be expected ,Toilet and shower area awful all glass no privacy should have a curtain to pull across maybe for privacy the glass door didnt close, flloor was hard plastic type tile not nice to walk on and sticky and stained , breakfast was not good the few mormings we were there, maybe a better variety would help or offer to cook eggs for guests would help and slices of bread to toast there was bread rolls and pastries but not many each morning we were there amd it qas before 8 and we didnt want to ask as one of the young girls didnt look at us when we greeted her at all on 2 mornings and kept her back to us even when qe thanked her the other girl with long curly hair was very nice.

It was very comfortable and clean

Didn’t have the breakfast … Room was nicely decorated and there was BBC news on tv Taxis just outside

Room service menu looked good until we went online to order then it was nothing like the range in the room and was clearly outsourced to another company .. hotel dining room was closed on a Sunday Didn’t like the bathroom with clear glass windows … I prefer privacy
