I loved staying in a beautiful old building with an authentic Italian atmosphere and charming architectural style. The panoramic view from the terrace was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was so strong that it was very difficult to stay there comfortably. The air conditioning in the kitchen was not working. Parking was also very inconvenient, as we had to park quite far from the property and walk back and forth. Although we really liked the architectural style of the house, the stairs between the kitchen and the bedrooms were not very comfortable or practical.

L’emplacement, les matériaux.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance of everything in Polignano a Mare. Great restaurants, very safe, friendly locals, amazing sea views from the house. Lovely outdoor dining area with amazing rooftop relaxing area overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds, clean, quiet neighbourhood, house had everything we needed and was in a very safe location. Water, wine and nibbles as a welcoming gift. Nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Smell from bathrooms after storm and windy weather. Such a pity as everything else was perfect. Steps up to different floors but that didn't bother me. Might be difficult for an older person however. Overhead presses in kitchen were up very high and hard to reach.
