What can I say? We had an absolutely wonderful stay!
This property is truly beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The views surrounding the property are simply amazing and make it the perfect place to unwind and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.
The 3D projector and extensive movie collection were a fantastic bonus and made our evenings even more enjoyable. The property really does have everything you could need — and more.
Val was absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. Even giving me a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday with . Such a special treat. We particularly loved waking up in the morning to see the sheep nearby — such a lovely and peaceful touch.
The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained and genuinely felt like a home away from home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and relaxing break. ❤️
There was nothing at all not to like about this property. Perfect in every way.

Beautiful property in stunning location. Lots of added extras to make your stay very comfortable. Hosts are very friendly and informative about the accommodation and surrounding areas. Slept really well.

The space was ample enough, even for a family of 4. The bathroom was quite large (shower not very powerful). If you have time, there’s lots of DVDs to watch but we didn’t have time. The kids did try to watch one film but we couldn’t get the player working. Theres a big projector in the front room (no actual tv). Plenty of plates / pans etc. Tea / coffee making facilities (kettle and lots of sachets).
It didn’t appear to have had a good clean from the previous occupant. There was a mark on the wall in the kitchen from something that looked like bolognese but we only made breakfast there. Also the bedside cabinet was a bit dusty and was not clean. There was no hair dryer. The nearest shop was 15/20 mins away. We brought most things, just not milk and butter. Sometimes in Airbnb/the equivalent, these things are left as a gesture but they weren’t.
