The location and the actual building. Perfect three bedroom layout with nice clean and new facilities. And the fireplace! Nice for a quiet getaway.

A few things made the stay uncomfortable. The AC was all over the place (some rooms hot, some cold) and the zone controllers did not work and stayed lit all night. There was no clothes dryer or line. The building works next door starting at 7:30am every day did not help with the quiet either.

the location was superb - beautiful and peaceful . the house was very well equipped and we instantly felt relaxed and honoured to stay there.

scratching and movement noise , we think from possums in roof space was disturbing on night one but solved through using ear plugs. we then slept well.

Wow, what can I say. A beautiful luxuriously finished space that also had a relaxed open feel. A fire pit, ducted air-conditioning, and outstanding views from a spacious covered deck. We will definitely stay again.

The many informative emails made it easy to locate the keys. The property was in close proximity to Kangaroo Valley. The kids room was well equiped for them to have their own space. Very clean on arrival Bbq was a bonus Washing machine

The kids bunk bed was extremely squeeky. No milk on arrival, no milk in the General Store either. Had to drive 30mins away before getting a cup of tea. (tea and coffee making facilities was advertised) No hairdryer Small shampoo bottles go against the earth friendly environment. Need one big dispenser to save landfill. No tissues. No napkins in the kitchen. No clothes line or drying rack or dryer. I went home with clean wet clothes. Small details like these were lacking.

The view was amazing!

The only negative thing we can say about the property is that the animals wouldn’t come and say hello.
