The apartment was in a convenient location about 15 mins walk from the town centre and about 5-10 minutes from two of the resorts 4 beaches. It is a secure gated community with an allocated secure car parking slot. The apartment is simple but comfortable with all key amenities - one double bedroom, a small 'galley kitchen' separate bathroom and WC, a large airy living room and a large balcony with a small dining table and easy chairs.

The main issues were difficult access arrangements, a number of unresolved faults on arrival, and an unresponsive host (possibly AI as we never met a human). The arrival instruction was 'ring the bell for Dalcorso so they can open the building'. At the gate, there was an intercom with left/right arrows and a bell (in bright sunlight, the panel was unreadable). Ringing the bell generated no response, and fortunately we were let in by another resident. The keys had a gate fob, but this didn't work (a new battery was left for us but it still didn't work). The only option was to press the 'right' arrow 46 times to reach the name 'Dalcorso' and then press the bell for access. Four days into our stay, we were told a shortcut to press 'right' D and then press five times to access 'Dalcorso' from the access menu. There was no emergency exit button so we had to go though this process every time we arrived and departed. On arrival, both the balcony shutter blinds and the venetian blinds were open and not working, so the south-facing apartment was boiling hot, and there is no A/C. Plus there was a leak in the bathroom. We reported all four issues (including the key fob issue) and were accused of jamming the venetian blinds ourselves! It required a maintenance engineer to get them working again. The front shutters never worked, and the gate fob was never replaced. The apartment is perfectly comfortable, and would be great with better access instructions; a working gate fob, and a more responsive host.

Leider gibt es auf dem Balkon keinen Sonnenschutz, da der Rollo kaputt ist. Etwas störend sind die Beschilderungen mit den angedrohten finanziellen Strafen, sollte etwas kaputt gehen oder fleckig werden. Zumindest ein zur Verfügung gestelltes Handtuch hatte allerdings schon Bleichflecken und der Handtuchhalter im Bad ist auch defekt. Es hat uns nicht weiter gestört, aber wenn solche Strafen angedroht werden, muss auch alles perfekt sein. Um die Infos zu Check in/Check out/ Wifi zu erhalten muss man immer wieder die Kreditkartennummer eingeben. Begründung ist, dass evtl entstandene Schäden abgebucht werden können… Anstelle der Strafandrohungen wären die Infos als Text in der Wohnung hilfreich. Check in Infos als Mail sollte Standard sein.

Appartement convenant parfaitement à un couple. Agreablemt meublé et décoré, avec vue mer. Situé dans un lieu résidentiel mais proche du centre ville.
