Location! Very easy walk from the train station and easy to get to the sites of Venice
Nothing. It was perfect!

Great location. Walking distance from train and bus stations. Apartment is next to canal so you have a nice view from dining area. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Nice bathrooms. Washer was there but little difficult to learn how to use like how to set the water temperature. English how to use manual would be very helpful.
Thanks for your hospitality:)

The apartment was fantasticly located and had lots of original features blended with modern styling.
Christiano provided lots of helpful tips on Venice and was very friendly.
Passing boats were a little noisy in the morning, but worth putting up with for the location.

The location was amazing, on a canal and just one bridge to cross from the train station to get there. There were so many restaurants in easy walking distance and a local supermarket. The apartment is HUGE! I didn’t quite appreciate the size from the photos but it is massive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat
Nothing at all, it was fantastic
