This lovely air condition accommodation is very central, and close to everything such as the Ben Thạnh art museum, and the Ben Thạnh market. It was so easy for me to see where we stayed because of its shiny flashing light. I just love how close it is to everything. It's affordable. The Saigon market is also nearby is the best, Ben Thanh stall holders, some are very bushy, we went there once. You are not far from any shops and food stalls, they are everywhere, and it’s good to try local food, best to try them in the morning while it's nice and fresh, You will never get fat from eating the food, drinking Vietnamese coffee, or a delicious matcha from the cafe below. Straight across is a lovely food stall by Jenny and her husband, who cooked bbq pork, chicken skewers, beef wrapped in some leaves, served in a fresh salad bowl with rice noodles, again super cheap and yummy. So delicious, we have it just about every night. I will add photos soon.

Nothing really, this place has everything you need, and we didn’t cook meals as the food is very cheap. There is no reason to find anything negative as travelling to a different country is to experience their culture. And have an open mind.

The location is great, in the middle of Ben Thanh district. The size of the room is enormous. There is a sweet coffee place under it. Easy processing of my VAT invoice. Friendly staff. All perfect.

The only thing is the mattresses. They are quite sturdy for Western standards.
