Camere ampie

La pulizia è del tutto assente. Bagno sporco, sia la tavoletta che non viene pulita forse da quando è stata installata fino al lavandino completamente nero. Anche la pulizia delle lenzuola lasciava a desiderare. È un peccato perché la camera in sé non era male ma la pulizia dovreste farla altrimenti la gente non torna più. Avevo altre 3 notti prenotate ed ho cancellato.

It has good location, near key food places and Kuching’s waterfront. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money, esp for budget travellers.

No World Cup channels - just can’t find them :(

excellent location, friendly staff, very reasonable price. check in was straight forward and we were able to check into our room an hour early. laundry was inexpensive and the property is close by to some excellent local food.

no safe in rooms, the first room we were in the air con was poor. this was due to gaps in the windows where seals had not been placed, later this was an issue when it rained and water started flooding into the room through the window, we were told that maintenance would come an fix the problem and that someone would return to let us know when this would be, eventually we had to go down to the desk and request to move rooms and were told maintenance would not fix the issue for at least a day. we also had an issue returning to our room where the key card would not work.
