The land and surroundings are worth it alone! Loved the upgrades in the home as well; very nicely done. Owner is best in the business. So glad my family and I stayed.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful property... the house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need....Frank was a great host...he was there to answer any questions and gave great suggestions of places to eat...a wonderful place to stay and relax with our friends

This property is awesome; perfect for family. We truly enjoyed walking the property and discovering all the acreage. Wish we could have used the firepit, but we will just have to come back in the winter. Host is awesome.

My wife, I, and our friends wanted to take a trip to Nashville. We had visited Franklin in the past and remembered it to be a beautiful place to stay and thought it would be close enough to Nashville so we can enjoy the nightlife but also far enough away from Nashville to relax with some peace and quiet when needed. We found this house on VRBO and were impressed by the pictures as well as the other reviews. The house was as promised and the owner was super nice and very attentive. We’ll stay here again when we come back to visit. Thank you!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this beautiful home. It is very conveniently located next to Carnton and a quick couple minute drive to Main Street. The home is perfect - clean, updated, with beautiful outdoor areas and very comfortable beds. The owner is very responsive and accommodating as well. There is a beautiful barn in the back that is used for some baseball practice, I believe. We didn’t mind the comings and goings of some ball players from time to time up the side path/driveway during our stay, but if you’re looking for 100% privacy, this might be something to keep in mind. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in our future visits!

My family and I had a great time at Frank's house. The place is located on a great, large and quiet lot. Very close to downtown. We didn't want to leave the screened in porch with swing. The house had everything we needed and more. We'll be back when we have more time to relax.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely, clean, and updated, with plenty of room for everyone. We were all very comfortable. The yard was huge and the kids loved playing with Boots the cat. It feels like a rural setting, but is just 5 minutes from downtown Franklin. Frank was very kind and graciously answered our many questions. We would definitely stay at this property again when visiting our son who lives in the area. Thanks, Frank, for making us feel special!

The house and location were perfect. The house was clean and quiet, beds / mattresses were the most comfortable ever! The town of Franklin was very convenient with lots shopping and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again!!

We had the most enjoyable time the 27 days we stayed. The property was perfect In every way. Frank, the owner, was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the nice evenings on the screened patio. The property was recently renovated and beautifully done. Good location for getting around the whole area.

Everything was great. If I would say only one small negative was the king size bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable. But everything else was a 10+

I stayed at Frank's beautiful home with my adult son and daughter. We were attending a family wedding in the area. It was extremely clean, everything was updated, and we enjoyed many aspects that this home offered: sitting on the front porch, enjoying coffee, and the kitty! Sitting on the screened in porch, lounging and swinging in the day bed sized porch swing. Plenty of room for games, as we had other family members come and join us for an evening. Lovely back yard with a fire pit. Beds were comfortable, and appreciated some waters, coffee and drinks in the fridge! Frank was available, but we never had a need for anything. Thank you Frank for providing a lovely place in the country, so close to Franklin. The Frothy Monkey and Franklin square are only 1.5 miles away. Also enjoyed watching the deer come up in the afternoons in the front yard!
