The layout of this house is amazing! But it’s definitely not kept up, we ran into a number of issues.- golf cart instructions: incorrect and no lock box and took us over 24 hours to find key. Said there would be an easy waiver process once arrived and there was only a rental link. Seems generic and sloppy.- cleanliness: the house was “clean” but our feet were crazy dirty within hours of arrival. No obvious dirt/food on the floors when we arrived but floors were filthy. There are a lot of scuffs on walls and the plethora of glasses/dishes/pans were not cleaned well.- outside: built in grill was not working (cheap/portable grill was there when we arrived) we requested service but communication was spotty and we are not sure if it was ever looked at. - overall: the downstairs bedrooms constantly tripped the breaker, we reposted but never heard back on it and it was not dealt with. The kitchen is great and large but the dining seating is in bad condition and the chairs felt super unsafe. - communication: seemed generic and usually not specific to this property. A couple maintenance tickets were acknowledged and attempted to be dealt with, but we didnt hear back consistently or with any meaningful updates. We also didn’t find the pool/hot tub costs/specifics very clear. We chose not to pay to heat the pool for an extra 250/day (x7 days) so we had no hot tub (they are on the same heater).

Plenty of room for a large group of men for a golf trip. This properly comfortably hosted 16 of us. Guys could congregate or slip away to unwind as necessary. Hot tub and pool were great! We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues, but Ocean Reef was very responsive and correctly everything as soon as possible

I loved my stay and so did my family it was everything expected and more. Will definitely be staying again

Rooms were decent but the AC did not keep the first and third floors cool. Host must be aware of this because there were a lot of box fans on site, but half of them did not work. The floors were extremely dirty and the oven did not work, neither did the main freezer. The remotes did not work the TVs so we had to call multiple times just to be able to watch. Overall, the house was nice and spacious but it needs some updates.
