Easy to access. Good value for money.

This is a perfectly situated property in the centre of Funchal. It is a large room with plenty of space. There were no opening windows which was a little disappointing as I like to sleep with one open. Also the cleaner was quite noisy throughout the day so a siesta was out of the question. We also had no kettle which was annoying as I don't drink coffee at all. We still managed by using a saucepan to heat the water in the kitchenette. All that said, it is a well appointed apartment, with stylish fittings and it was quiet through the night and we both had 2 lovely night's sleep. I would stay here again if I ever returned to Funchal.

No kettle. Not quiet during the daytime and evening time.

Great location and easy to communicate with everyone. Lovely to have coffee selection in the room and the tea. Wine and fruit was a lovely touch. Goid value for money.

Central location. Clean

Unexpected deposit of 100€ in case I used something from the mini bar. On reflection I would not have paid this. I incurred two lots of admin fees. One to pay and one for the refund. The room had the wires in the ceiling for a smoke alarm but no smoke alarm. Lots of cigarette butts outside on the window ledge.
