Great house and neighborhood! Perfect outdoor space!

This was a great private little house/cottage in Burbank. Place is clean and actually pretty spacious. The bedroom is small and based on where the windows are located, the bed is right up against the wall and there's no nightstand. Took a little bit of juggling for those of us who can't see more than about a foot in front of face without glasses. The fenced in yard was nice for the dog. Place is very close to restaurants and Porto's which was nice. You don't get the check-in information until about 48 hours prior to check-in so if you are someone who needs to plan in advance, take that into consideration. Even with these little issues, still considered a 5 star place to stay. We'll be back if we are in the area.

Lilly's communication was excellent--always quick, kind, and detailed. She was very accommodating for my late arrival with her self-check in procedures. The location is very safe and super convenient as it is close to restaurants, main roads, and parks/walking paths. It had everything you would need including a nice back yard with a fruit tree. The internet was fast enough for my remote work job and it was never hard to find street parking right outside, even on street cleaning days. I will stay again if I'm ever in the area! and I recommend that you do too!

I loved having a large living room and little outside sitting area. The trees kept it shaded and lovely. It was just me so plenty of room to spread out.

Great central location to city, attractions, beach. Clean, comfortable, fully stocked little place, perfect for family of 4. Enjoyed our stay!

Quiet neighborhood. Adorable cottage. Well stocked. Comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our trip to LA and our stay at Persimmon Cottage. We will definitely be back in the future. Would definitely recommend this listing.
