We sisters used the spacious cabin as a landing during our getaway weekend in Asheville. Each of us had a separate bedroom! The cabin had all the household features needed. Our view was stunning from every angle. This property is a jewel!

The yard was bigger and better than we expected! We had a big group with 5 kids in our party (4-yo to 10-yo), and they loved playing outside in the yard and by the pond during our downtime. The location is also perfect. Only 15 mins from grocery stories, pharmacies, Starbucks, etc but also very peaceful, quiet and remote once you’re at the property. We were very close to Pisgah National Forest and the Biltmore Estate, as well as downtown Asheville. Overall, we would highly recommend!

Our group of friends met up in Asheville, and we loved staying at Cold Creek Cottage! The house is spacious, clean, and stocked well with necessary items. We loved our slow mornings of coffee and conversation on the front porch. Definitely recommend and would return!

Beautiful views from a spacious porch with plenty of rockers and a hammock. Well-stocked kitchen. Kids had a great time playing outdoor games on the huge grassy area and basketball court. Great place for families!

Only 15-20 mins to downtown Asheville, yet far enough away to have amazing views. Furthermore, you can enjoy the pond and property views from the deck that wraps the house.
While there, we had 3 bear sightings on the property. At one point, the momma and 3 cubs walked right across the basketball court.
The property owners live nearby, so they are quick to respond to any issues.
The water supply is from a spring. We didn't have any issues with our group of 5. If you have more people, you may have to be more strategic with water usage.

Great location that gives you the isolated feel of the mountains without the hour-long drive to get into town. Downtown Asheville is only 15 minutes away!

We have a wonderful stay at this property. It was my husband and me and our four teenage children and one teenage friend. We were up for three college tours--and chose this property as our home in between trips. It was perfect for our group! Big kitchen, five bedrooms, game room, two TVs. Everyone loved it! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

A beautiful front porch with several rocking chairs are at the entrance to this lovely, clean home. There are five comfortable bedrooms a roomy living room as well as a family room.
A huge kitchen and large dining table make it perfect for a large group. The house is in a quiet country setting with beautiful scenery.

We loved staying here! We all were able to share meals together around the big table, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Watching the sun come up on the front porch with my husband, sharing a cup of coffee and taking in the beauty of the surrounding area, was awesome and much needed. Visiting at the end of October was perfect! The colors did not disappoint. Would love to stay here again.

This was truly a mountain getaway seeing al the wildlife to a campfire outside and a drive on the blue ridge pkw to the beautiful scenery staying in this cabin was living in the mountains but with all conveniences we had a great time and will definitely come back again

Perfect house for our annual Guys Trip. Me and my 4 sons. Easy drive to Asheville, but quietly in the country. Property overlooks a beautiful meadow and pond. Well equipped and immaculate.

Fantastic place to stay!!
Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is perfect...lots of open room. Our boys loved the game room, movie room and especially the basketball court! It was fun to sit out on the porch and watch the boys play. Loved the wild life that came to visit as well....I will admit, that got my heart racing abit to look out the kitchen windows and see bears in the yard!

Christmas in April
Our family was unable to be together on Christmas due to Covid. We were finally able to clear a weekend and found this beautiful home in Asheville. The house was spotless and more spacious than its description. We had the interesting experience of having a black bear momma and her three cubs join our stay for the day/night on Saturday! Shannon was gracious and quick to reply to questions before and during our stay.
We definitely would love to stay here again!!
