Pools and grounds are very nice
Condo very spacious
We stayed mid week so do not know about any week end party noise but quiet hours were supposed to be between 11pm and 8 am.

This property was was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. This place had all the accommodations we needed for everyone to have a good time. Was clean, organized and close to town if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!!

Overall great, couldn’t find a blow dryer. Would have been nice to see a binder or something with instructions. Floor in kitchen, dining area and living rooms could have been cleaner. Have already booked to go back next year. Owners replied quickly, much appreciated.

Excellent 3 Bedroom, that provided a great space for our family. Large balcony with two tables gave a great location to sit with morning coffee, or evening beverage to watch the boats. A lot of fish activity in the cove!
Although this is a main level condo, there are 14 stairs down from the parking lot. No elevator in this complex. It is located just a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and Andy's frozen custard!! We rented a boat a couple of days and they picked us up from the dock right outside the condo.
Owner does a great job communicating, and the condo was well stocked. We would definitely return here again!!

Complex was great but cleanliness of condo was terrible. Upon arrival floors dirty, used water bottles on floor, crumbs on sheets in master, half bar soap and child bracelet in tub, dirty tables, dirty sinks, wet bedspreads in dryer, dishes dirty in dishwasher from previous guest, spider webs and beer tabs on the deck.

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. The view was great, the place was clean and had everything we needed for a family get away. The host was easy to communicate with and there were plenty of great restaurant choices close by. We will definitely be back to stay.

Very nice and comfortable condo. My friends and I stayed for one evening early in October. We spent very little time in the condo, but the location for shopping and dining was perfect.
The complex is clean and has a beautiful view of the lake.
Communication with the host was disappointing. He contacted me when I first booked the condo and said he would soon send check in information. But he never sent it.
It took me about an hour after check in time to get ahold of him to get condo access! Then he never followed up with me to see if we got in or had everything we needed.
There are too many options in Osage to book with this host again.

Excellent property. Very clean with nice bay view. Short drive to restaurants and activities. Enjoyed our stay.

We harbor 2 boats at nearby Formula so the location of the condo is perfect. My husband and I usually stay on one of the boats but we wanted to stay with our daughter and her family this trip. The condo was in perfect order and we could even take our small dog, which lessened the stress of the trip. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed "deck time" when not on the boat.

Owner very responsive to a small issue that we had when arriving. Issue resolved immediately. Very spacious with beautiful views, and easy to find. Took a minute to figure how the TV worked, but that is due to our electronic skills. Or lack thereof. Maybe a guide would have been helpful for older folks, like my group. I will defiantly return here if I am ever in the area for a long weekend.

Lake of the Ozarks is beautiful and this property seemed to be right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Condo was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great view of the lake from our balcony was even prettier at night.

This is a great location. It is near activities and restaurants. Condo had plenty of room. The pools are nice.

This condo was super! The rooms were fresh, clean, welcoming and comfy. Kitchen was very well equipped for many cooking experiences. All tvs had Roku devices which were great for relaxing. The views of the lake were lovely, and the pools were refreshing after a hot day. Owners responded promptly to messages and were easy to speak with.
