The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, quality bed linen, dressing gowns, toiletries were a lovely fragrance.

The welcome hamper was lovely. The location is very good and the decor is well put together.

Staircase area that you need to use to access the property is dark and needs a bit of a clean

Stayed here a couple of times now and it has everything we need. Great location within easy reach of all the attractions/pubs/restaurants. Facilities in the flat are perfect for cooking in too. Very comfortable flat and decent WiFi and tv too

Not a lot

Couldn’t believe the state of the outside of the property, and didn’t realise there would be so many quite steep steps outside up to the property. It looked like a place where homeless people sleep under the stairs. You can’t walk round the double bed in one bedroom you had to climb over the bed to open and close the Roman blind and/or open or shut the window. If you want to go to the bathroom at night, the person on the window side had to climb over the other person. There are no drawers to out clothes in and hanging rack was very rickety. Tiled flooring in bathroom very stained and needs replacing, toilet roll holder/extractor needs fixing. Carpets and furniture need cleaning, headboard needs dusting.
