The villa is well equipped.
The mattresses are comfortable. It has a huge yard with pool and bbq where people can rest. I think the owners did a great job making and maintaining the place.
Keep in mind you share it with other people unless you are 10 families to take it all. For us that was no problem as our neighbors were ok.

The space, the outside area- yard, garden, summer kitchen, pool! The private beach spots. The style of the villa inside, the beds!!
Some issue with the water in the tap and toilet. It was rusty.
