The shower was amazing. The location was perfect for the subway. Staff were great.
Not the cleanest down the side of the bed. The floor next to the shower floods despite our best efforts. Extra towels needed.

I appreciated the staff! They were beyond excellent. They were very accommodating which I appreciated. The staff was also friendly and was there when I needed them to be. They also answered questions that I had.
I think the rooms can be updated. Some of the areas in the room needed repairs. There was a leak with the a/c. This is important because of the comfort level. I chose not to speak about it because I was staying for less than a week.

Location.
The bathroom was dirty and it looked like there was left over vomit on the wall plus toilet handle was hard to flush. The AC was blasting which was obviously fine however the bedding felt damp like as if it was from humidity. There were tiny tiny bugs crawling all the linen and towels and even shower curtain. So because of that it was hard to settle and sleep comfortably … once I swiped any bug I saw on the bed, I still had to look out for them. They were so tiny they looked like specs so I could see how someone could miss them. But once you see one you see them everywhere. I can guarantee they were not bed bugs though. But still ….
