Bardzo ładne czyste pokoje, piękna plaża, biały piaseczek. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo fajna siłownia, wyjątkowo dobrze wyposażona. Smaczne jedzonko, pyszna pizza z pieca.

Design, everything is new and clean

There were many small issues that resulted in a less smooth and enjoyable experience than expected. During check-in, we didn't receive the promised welcome drink or towels. The internet connection was weak, sometimes nonexistent. On one occasion, there was no water in the shower or toilet, and we weren't informed beforehand or provided with any solution. Additionally, the provided drinking water was insufficient, with only one bottle for two people, necessitating frequent trips to the reception for refills, which were sometimes unavailable. Only a few staff members seemed genuinely concerned about our experience; interactions with others felt like they were doing us a favor each time. Communication was lacking in proactive measures; for instance, there was no notification or menu about breakfast options, and we only discovered we could order omelets by observing other guests. Overall, it's a nice, beautiful hotel, but it needs some adjustments in customer experience area.

I really liked the beach. The staff were nice and helpful.

Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und haben einen tollen Meerblick. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Der Service ist leider absolut unterirdisch. Es fing bereits damit an, dass der Transport vom Boot zum Hotel nicht geklappt hat und wir dann nach 30 Minuten warten ein Taxi vor Ort nehmen mussten. Wartezeiten im Restaurant sind extrem hoch und leider war vieles fehlerhaft. Auf 3/4 Rechnungen waren Fehler zugunsten des Hotels: - Falsches Essen geliefert, teureres Essen abgerechnet. - Zweimal teuereres Essen als bestellt abgerechnet. - Getränke vergessen, aber abgerechnet. Unser Zimmer wurde erst am dritten Tag auf die zweite Aufforderung hin gereinigt, jedoch sehr oberflächlich und es wurden nicht mal die dreckigen Gläser ausgetauscht. Das Hotel sollte unser Bootsticket anpassen, da dies für eine andere Insel gültig war. Wir haben zweimal nachgefragt, ob das erfolgt ist. Hat man sich bezahlen lassen, aber dann vergessen die Bootsfirma zu informieren/bezahlen. Durften wir dann doppelt zahlen. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für diese Preisklasse und den Anspruch des Hotels selbst. Alle Vorfälle bei gerade mal 3 Übernachtungen.

While we are saddened by the news of her departure, we are grateful for the unforgettable memories she helped create during our stay.

Le dîner sur la plage, le buffet du petit déjeuner, l’emplacement si vous aimez le calme (sinon c’est un peu loin des lieux de fêtes). Le personnel très aimable. Mention spéciale à Lorn. A la pointe de l’île, à la droite de l’hôtel, chercher la Blondies beach pour faire du snorkeling (10 minutes à pieds).

Rien mais vous êtes au Cambodge donc le luxe côtoie la pauvreté.

Maga a helyszín egy csodálatos helyen volt, és a bungalók remek minőségben vannak megépítve. Remek reggeli, amelyet a külön egyedileg elkészített tojásos ételek tettek még változatosabbá. Mindig volt gyümölcs, illetve valamilyen helyi specialitás. Nagyon korrekt ár érték arány, remek bár, remek koktélokkal. Karolina és csapata mindent megtett, hogy jól érezzük magunkat

A perfect hotel for a beach holiday. The hotel was on a very beautiful pristine beach. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. I had the beach view and it was amazing. It was so nice to sit out on the terrace with your morning coffee or evening wine. The manager of the property, Karolina, is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make your stay very enjoyable.

Pizza was great! But the tomyam soup was quite tasteless. We were told that there would be pick up from the jetty where we got off, that didn’t happened. (We then walked to the resort which wasn’t too far away.) It was then explained to us that they only had 1 truck and couldn’t make it in time.

Das Resort ist eine sehr schöne Erfahrung gewesen, wir wollten Entspannung, Sonne und Strand in einer angenehmen Umgebung. Es hat alles übertroffen. Wir wurden auf Wunsch von der Fähre abgeholt und ins Resort gefahren. Hier hat uns das äußerst nette Personal gleich empfangen und uns wurde alles rundherum gezeigt und erklärt. Katarina, die Generalmanagerin hat einen unglaublichen Job gemacht und sich ständig um alles und sofort gekümmert, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Chanrath an der Rezeption war ebenfalls immer sehr freundlich und effektiv. Genauso wie das gesamte Personal im Restaurant. Vielen lieben Dank. Die Lage ist unglaublich, direkt gegenüber ist der hoteleigene, weiße Sandstrand, alles gut gepflegt. SUP und Kajak kann man umsonst benutzen, am Strand bekommt man auch Bedienung und es gibt ein sehr gutes Spa mit allen Arten von Wohlfühlanwendungen. Nebenan ist das Fischerdorf mit weiteren Orten zum Essen und ein paar Ständen um einige Sachen zu kaufen. Es gibt in diesem Teil der Insel sonst keine weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, braucht man aber auch nicht. Wir haben uns Motorräder ausgeliehen und sind zum Sunset Beach und in die umliegenden Ortschaften mit den Fähranlegern (Kuh Rong Pier, Long set Beach) gefahren, hier gibt es genügend Bars und Restaurants zum abhängen wenn man will. Es werden vom Hotel verschiedene Aktivitäten angeboten, die man vor Ort buchen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und allen diesen Ort weiter empfehlen, hoffentlich bleibt es aber noch eine Zeitlang ein Geheimtipp.

Das Wifi ist schwach und nicht überall zugänglich, aber Leute, muss man im Urlaub denn immer ständig am Handy und im Internet hängen? Hier kommt man her um die Natur, den Strand und die Sonne zu geniessen.

Un sitio maravilloso y agradable en una parte de la isla mas tranquilla con una playa estupenda de arena blanca. Todo el persona muy amable, el servicio excelente. La comida nacional y internacional fresca y de buena calidad. La residencia es muy nueva con piscina y la playa en frente. Agua cristalina.

Lovely staff, beautiful beach, comfortabel bed in a brand new bungalow. Perfect!

The only thing was that the showerdrain didn’t work properly so the whole bathroom was full of water after a taking shower. Unfortunatly this was not fixed during our stay.

The location was great, we loved the beach and the proximity to the small village was handy. Staff were friendly and the rooms are new and fitted out nicely.

The service does not match the price paid. We splashed out and paid more than double what we usually pay for accommodation yet we have never had to work so hard to get service. Breakfast was spent searching for a member of staff to tell that the fruit is finished, no more plates, bowls, milk etc. Everything seemed constantly finished no matter what time you arrive at breakfast. No one was managing this at all or checking what was finished. This was an issue for all 6 breakfasts we had. I ended up asking at reception for milk and they handed me a carton at the bar rather than replenish the supply at breakfast. We stayed 6 nights and the one cereal my daughter liked ran out on day 2 and was not replaced for the remainder of our stay. It was clearly a lack of management and not enough staff. Getting our rooms cleaned was another effort. After many requests and appropriate 'of course we'll get that done straight away' responses, we still had to wait the whole day for it to be done. Most days we didn't bother and made do with our sandy room as having to beg for your room to be cleaned took away from our enjoyment. We ate our first meal at their restaurant and it was a case of style over substance - high on price, low on flavour. We ate at other places for the remainder of our stay.Every morning they took surface level trash off, but under the sand were lots of large concrete lumps, ring pulls etc. 2 of our kids got cut feet from it, no betadine in their first aid so we had to buy some. Sustainability - the rating was 3 but they give out plastic straws, even when asked not to, the drinks arrive with them in. Reusable metal straws/biogegradable grass straws are easily available in Cambodia so why use plastic? They offer a refill service for water but they require you to ask a member of staff which are hard to find, so why not have self service or provide more water in rooms?

We came as guests and left as friends. The support from Karolina was unique and we have never experienced the warmth of her team in three months of traveling around Asia. The rooms with a sea view are great and the beach is beautiful but the highlight was without a doubt the on-site support.

Considering the price level, some investment in infrastructure like internet, evening entertainment, pickup service would be appropriate.

Everything was great - room, staff, facilities. Food as well, even though a bit more expensive than the local restaurants around, which I can recommend to try as well. Perfect resort to relax and chill a few days.

Modern property the whole resort has been built to a good standard. It looks like it has recently expanded with more rooms . Small village along side with some nice local restaurants. Beautiful beach helpful locals . A very quiet area

A strange stay. The hotel communicated to meet us from the boat but no one was there so had to find hotel ourselves . The existing Cambodian staff were great friendly and professional, the Cambodian manager and the receptionist to name a few . However it seems some westerners were there to help manage the hotel. They didn’t They treated it like their home and as a guest you felt you were intruding . Their young children taking away the peace of the resort. Breakfast was either buffet and cold with poor quality or a la carte. Room not always cleaned . Many guests were complaining by the time we left. The hotel did not seem ready for guests Repairs to pier just started rooms just being furnished , rubbish from building work let to fly around in the wind ( plastic boxes polystyrene ) scooters not for hire in first few days Internet very temperamental

It’s was a beautiful location right on the beach with some lovely little restaurants / bars nearby to the hotel. The food and drinks at the resort were spot on and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The spa treatments were also extra relaxing with the spa being on the beach.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great.

Air conditioning was full power, pool was clean, beach was the best on Koh Rong, staff were amazing and friendly, food was good. Other beaches on the island are either sadly covered in trash (not the properties fault, but that's the way the current brings it unfortunately) or more crowded/less quiet than Sok San. The massages were great, very relaxing right by the ocean with sounds of the waves and 1/4 the price it would cost us back home. Remember to tip and be nice, you are in paradise!

La plage est jolie, le personnel est gentil et attentionné. L’établissement est élégant et en matériaux traditionnels. De petite taille (pour l’instant) il héberge peu de guests. Très bon restaurant tenu par un chef français Paddles et bateau transparent disponibles gratuitement pour les résidents. Location de scooters top pour découvrir l’île, des casques sont fournis pour adultes et enfants.

Très peu de transats sur la plage, parfois pris par des gens de passage au détriment des guests de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner très basique et sans changement au fil des jours Désorganisation totale, incompréhensible pour un établissement qui revendique 5 étoiles qui en vaut plutôt un 3 et avec 2 général managers présents sur place. Lors du check in nous avons attendu 1h la chambre alors que nous sommes arrivés dans les heures d’arrivée prévues par l’hôtel Les chambres sont faites entre midi et 15h, n’espérez pas faire une sieste dans la chambre pendant les heures chaudes. Attention des travaux d’agrandissement sont en cours, vive les bruits d’outils pendant la journée. Nous aurions apprécié d’être prévenu lors de la réservation. Propreté de la plage laisse à désirer (plastiques et masques chirurgicaux laissés au sol pendant des jours) bien que le personnel y passe. Un hôtel de petite taille qui a du potentiel si mieux manager, le management ne prête pas attention aux détails et c’est très regrettable.
