The outside of the property looks like a basic holiday park, but the villa has been fully renovated. It is fully fitted out. There is a lounge and a small library.
The a/c system is only for the summer months. My time in Exmouth was a bit chilly and I would have liked to have had some heating inside the villa.

The facilities inside the unit were very good from washing machine to recliner chairs.
The park the accommodation was in was scruffy. It is like a workers camp rather than holiday park. The only communication we had was all through long and not very warm emails.
