Lovely and clean, didn’t get a chance to meet the owner not sure if they were away on holiday or business but the communication was good! Let us leave our car on the drive after the time we was suppose to leave
Nice toilet and shower facilities, me and my girlfriend had a nice stay! A good base camp if you want to spend a few days exploring York like we did
We are thinking of coming back for a longer stay!
Nothing, we loved it!

Location handy near facilities and transport. Clean and neat. Privacy. Very good facilities.
A little bit dark outside minimum street lighting but the property has outside light that shines when you approach

The host was friendly.
Hard to find the property. It is located in a side street that is not well signposted.
