The property was amazing but could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. Story lake is a beautiful resort with 3 awesome pools to use. The host was very easy to communicate with during the stay and was amazing while we were at the condo. After we left the host charged us for a broken light and a missing bathroom mat. The light was broken before we got there and there was never a mat for the master bathroom. We communicated all of this to the host. It took over a week for the host to review this and then the host told me we would not be charged. During this week we were charged and reimbursed for things we did not do. We did not appreciate how this was handled. We sent numerous messages explaining everything but it still was over a week before the review was completed. We didn’t feel there was anything to review. We sent pictures and explained everything to the host. The case should have been closed on day one or day two. Instead it was a week later. This is the second time we have rented from this host. We will definitely be going back to Storey Lake but will stay at a different location for sure.

Great holiday home, great amenities and hosts responded quickly to any questions. Would stay again. Thanks.

We had a great time. The apartment met all our needs. The kids loved swimming in the pool. The apartment is in a good location, close to the theme parks. The host was very helpful. We got into the apartment easily.

This location was excellent and we would definitely stay again! The unit we stayed in had everything we needed and was very clean. We used all of the amenities and really enjoyed our stay. Higher quality beds and linens would improve the stay. Everything else was great.
