If you are looking for a family accommodation, in a residential area, with all the comfort that a penthouse offers, this is undoubtedly the best choice for you. Located on the building’s top floor, this amazing flat is modern, spacious and with generous outdoor areas.
The sea view that you can have both from the living room balcony as well as from the barbecue area is everything you need to make the most of your stay on the island.
The interior, designed in open space, gives this flat the practicality one looks for when on holiday. The bedrooms are also spacious and with plenty of storage. The suite is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace/ barbecue area. The other bedroom is equipped with 2 separate beds and a nice work or study area. The additional bathroom is equipped with a large shower and hairdryer.
The living room is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the island.
The fully equipped and renovated kitchen is designed to meet all your needs during your stay. Designed with modern and practical tracery, the dining area is made in the elegant peninsula that seats up to 6.
It also has at your disposal a laundry room with iron, washing machine and everything you need to speed up some domestic chores.
Besides all this, this accommodation also has a private parking space in the building's garage for your convenience and safety. With a rental car you can easily access the highway that is located a few meters from the flat and explore the 4 corners of the island.
However, without having to use the highway, the picturesque village of Camacha is only 10 minutes away. Known for its folklore, handicrafts and nature this village is a must for all visitors. The Levada do Vale Paraíso, Levada dos Tornos and the Levada da Serra do Faial all start here.
The beach of Reis Magos and its promenade is also only 10 minutes away from the accommodation. The surrounding area has many facilities at your disposal such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.

The apartment was excellent. Very clean, great location for our visit, and plans. The thing that stood out and made our visit an outstanding one was, the communication from the hosts 'Homie Team' Leading upto our arrival. Great and clear instructions on how to gain access to the apartment block, the actual apartment and the very useful garage space.

A at the apartment is really nice, very comfortable rooms, bed and kitchen. Checking and out is a bit complicated with codes and keys, garage for the car and where to place garbage but managers were very responsive to questions and it worked out great. Location is a bit “in the middle of nowhere” but at the same time close to everything - close to Funchal and Santa Cruz and not bad driving into the mountains.
