Excellent property that more than accommodated our family of four adult couples, each of whom got a spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked extremely well on a hot humid Houston weekend. The location was conveniently located in the heart of Rice village near all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Ann was quick and very responsive. The property was in great condition. Highly recommended overall.

This townhome is absolute perfection! The moment you walk in you are immersed in a professionally decorated warm, inviting home. The master suite and master guest suite are luxurious on the ground floor. Perfect privacy to each guest with en suite bathrooms. Up the first stairs is a stunning kitchen with windows allowing the light to shine in the stunning dining room and living area. The decor is 5 star luxury and every amenity and cookware you need is in the open beautiful kitchen. Massive fridge and wonderful ice maker. You can go out on the patio and feel part of the city life or go to downstairs bamboo garden for total privacy. The other two huge bedrooms are upstairs on top floor and furnished with luxurious linens and furniture. This house is the most elegant, yet comfortable home I have ever rented. The perfect location is in mid town to medical center and restaurants museums you name it! Md Anderson is 2 miles away. An added bonus-literally walk out front door to Starbucks adjacent to property. The kitchen however, was full of coffee/teas options and all the trimmings! The owner is very kind, pays attention to detail and is a wonderful host. I look forward to staying here again soon!
