The house is located in a great area on a quiet, pretty street. The house itself is rather old. It worked for our group of 11, which included a few children, but I’m not sure it would work for a larger group. We brought our own air mattress, and we also had two younger children sleeping on the sofas. The house had some areas of damage which we reported to the owner who isn’t local. That included some damage to the stairs, a door that was difficult to open and close, damage to a ceiling, etc. Overall though, it was a good stay that worked for our family, in a great area, and the owner was very responsive! We also really appreciated that they provided tons of extra towels and linens.

Property was a little dirty on the outside patio but was very clean inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room and bedrooms were extremely comfortable

No address visible from the street. It is by the door but we could not see it, and found house thru process of elimination.The upstairs futon was so uncomfortable,, sleeping on slats, leaving an overweight single person in tears. She slept on the couch. That living room has nothing blocking light - glass doors.The 13 steep narrow stairs after landing makes 14 should be disclosed.4 beds upstairs so 2nd single slept on a borrowed air mattress in 1 bedroom with 2 others. Sofa downstairs futon thought to be too hard.Really sleeps just 8 in double beds.No thermostat upstairs.It got pretty hot and humid with many people taking showers in the central bathroom with no vent.The power went out for about 2 hours from weather. We had just 2 little flashlights. House should have lanterns and more flashlights.We cooked on the grill. That was nice. House was in a lovely location and 3 houses from a main street. We saw lightening bugs on walks at night.
