The apartment is beautiful, kitchen is well equipped- had salt and pepper, dishwasher and laundry soap, coffee, tea, sugar and milk. The toilet is huge! (Room 309), having double sinks was awesome. All amenities provided (make up remover, soap, shampoo, conditioner). A big walk in closet. Lots of towels! Big TVs in the room and living room. A balcony with 2 chairs and a table, view was nice too. Laundry and dryer machine. The pool is amazing! Big, enough space to sit. However due to its position the time I was there only had direct sun from 10am to 4pm. There’s two areas to sit and chill on the 40 something floor is amazing views, lots of different couches. The gym is massive, very well equipped. There parking indoor parking spot. I ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights however in another apartment as the one we had was sold out.

The beds are uncomfortable. Not only very noisy, but when your partner moves around you will feel it (in my case since I am a light sleeper it woke me up several times) If you get a room facing the main street it will be very noisy. We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear everything from the street very clear (so the windows are not sound proof). Also a lot of light in the room in the morning as the blinds dont cover completely.

The Apartment was excellent and the spot for exploring Miami as well. The check in sounded complicated, but everything went well. The pool is gorgeous, and the fitness room as well.

The cleaning of the apartment was not good and definitely needs to be improved - under the bed was trash from people before.

El Paratamento es muy bonito ( lindo-nice) acogedor, y tiene todo lo que te puedes imaginar, cocina grande , refrigerador que tiene entrega agua helada y si quieres te arroja hielo, tiene secadora, lavadora, 2 baños muy grandes las piezas exiqusitas, la piscina en la azotea espectacular, tiene camas con sobra para descanso cuando hablo de camas créanme son camas como la de la habitación....una sala de estar o estudios con mesa de villar, gimnasio, que. Mas podría decir, a cuadras de un mall y centros comerciales, volveré de seguro a ese departamento...

Es super seguro y moderno. El depto es lindisimo y tiene todo lo necesario. El personal.del edificio muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El estacionamiento es espectacular.

El personal de KASA (quienes administran los deptos) un desastre! Pimero, nunca enviaron la info para hacer pre-check in. Luego me cobraron 2 veces el valor del arriendo. Te ofrecen late check-out (sin costo) cuando la unidad esta disponible. Y luego cuando pides el late check out te lo niegan con excusas pobres. El manejo no lo hace booking.com sino la empresa KASA. Ojo cuando reserven.

The condo set up was nice and had plenty of room.

Lights didn't work, my husband had to go to the circuit breaker. There were fruit flies or gnats, the front office only had 1 key fob for my party of 4 and it's in a "not so fun" part of Miami. Nice part but no fun...everything is closed by 9p.

Tive problema com a descarga do vaso sanitário. Ela quebrou, era algo simples de resolver, pedi muitas vezes para consertarem mas não fui atendida. Desisti de pedir, e passei a usar de maneira manual, puxando a corda por meio da caixa de água. A máquina de lavar roupas também teve um problema, tive que insistir muito até ser atendida, mas esse problema foi resolvido.
