Friendly staff. Clean. Photos correspond to reality. Great opportunity to cool down in the pool and relax in the backyard during the hot time of the year.

This is a really nice and clean hotel located in a quiet area with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. It is also located only 7 minutes drive from the Center of Tbilisi. Most of the staff members were very polite and supportive as well.
While we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, there was one receptionist in particular (3rd of August 12pm shift) who was rude and not supportive at all. He didn't even smile or reply to our morning greetings!!

We liked the comfortable bad.
We got a room for 3 even though we ordered a room for 4. They also brought us towels for 3 every day.
Breakfast was not varied. Not that tasty. Many things were missing and the refill was pretty slow.
The hotel team were not smiling at all.
The swimming pool was cold and small.
The location wasn't good. Around us, there were renovations so one day we didn't have a water stream at all.
