The house was specious and very neat, almost everything we needed was there.
The only issue we had was TV connectivity to the DSTV, we couldn’t watch anything. I think they should change it and buy a smart TV so that people can be able to use their personal programs/preferable channels such as Netflix, YouTube etc.

Key collection and drops of is not well administered, I had to wait before I could get keys and when I checked out I was told I left with keys whereas I left them in the locker which was inconvenient

Location and the views of Table Mountain at night were spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and appliances of high standard. Concierge, Esaie, was very professional and welcoming on arrival.
The one kitchen cupboard door was dislodged and the promised fixing of cupboard did not happen during my stay. Otherwise there is nothing complaint about.
The view made up for what I complain about here.
