Comfort Inn & Suites

Loved the spacious room, the large bathroom, comfortable beds. There was enough space for the kids to sleep wherever they wanted. The Continental breakfast was good, not the best, but the kids loved it and my favourite part was that the coffee was great! The Managerial staff is phenomenal here. I have had 2 issues with booking.com in the last year with this property, not the properties fault, they were amazing at sorting it out for me.

I wish the front end staff were a little more attentive.... my husband called down for more blankets twice and when i went down to get it because they still didn't bring them, he said they went to a different room and he forgot to write down the right room number.... in my opinion not professional. They were very nice about it though. The staff should have also informed us when the breakfast was closing on the holiday. It was a Monday but we all assumed it would be treated like a weekend and close at 10 and not 9am like a regular Monday... so we didn't really get breakfast on the Holiday Monday. We also were not the only ones I heard at least 3 other patrons having the same issues.

Clean, modern, excellent bedding and comfort.

Breakfast was mediocre.

It was clean, comfortable and spacious

It was expensive

The breakfast was very nice. Check-in and check out was easy. The room was clean and, once I was advised how to make it cooler, comfortable.

I asked the front desk to give a note to a friend when she checked in. They forgot. This seemed a little careless as there were two people on the desk and it was not very busy.
