We were a little optimistic about staying here due to some bad reviews read, however, this place was exceptional, it was clean and tidy, it was easy to access one the keys were out of the lock box, it was a really lovely spacious apartment for four of us

I had beautiful stay in the apartment, the apartment is nice and clean and connected with both station Aldgate East and Whitchapel

Absolutely amazing! Great location (15 minute walk to the Tower of London). Incredible attention to detail. Not a speck of dust on any of the surfaces and the floors were so clean you could just walk barefoot or wearing all whites! The rooms were cosy and warm (floor heating) and the bedding made to perfection. Fully equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities (induction plate cooker, cutlery. Etc…). The cleanliness, the modern style and the ease by which the booking was made ( secure lock key, fob entrance, no fuss) made our stay one memorable . We definitely recommend this place to anyone who might gander a second guess….totally worth it!

10 A.M. checkout was a bit early but manageable.

The property was lovely, clean and secure.

They asked for £350 security deposit a day before the trip. I hadn’t seen the sneaky small print so it was a massive shock. I didn’t have that much extra cash and it was too late to cancel and find somewhere else. I should have read the small print, that was my fault but I’ve never had to pay up front for a security deposit before and it should have been clearly stated before I booked. Booking.com stated in the confirmation to never pay the property any more money as it was fully paid so I was very anxious about it being a scam. It took nearly a full week to get it back which was very nerve wracking. Would never book again.
