The view is unreal. The kitchen window looks like a painting, that's how picture perfect it was!!! Good location, nice sized TV with Netflix available.
Tight visitor restrictions. I was in town meeting up with a friend and the weather turned. I wanted to invite her back for a coffee and to continue catching up. Not to party. But the cameras on entrance and the strict rules of no additional guests meant I couldn't. I understand there are neighbours above, but that flexibility would have been nice/there would have been no loud noises or disrespectful behavior. No conditioner in the shower and no milk frother for the Nespresso machine.

The house is fully equipped for a family. The kitchen is in a separate area so the smell doesn't spread to other rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and have a beautiful view of Lake Wakatipu.
Since there are only stairs, carrying luggage is a bit difficult.

Nice views.
Owners live upstairs.
It has a washing machine/dryer in one - it won’t release your clothes until it has cooled down - this takes a ridiculous amount of time!
‘Luxury’ is a big stretch and false advertising.
