The location was perfect! The view of the river was just stunning.

There were quite a few spiders in the property but given the location it’s to be expected.

Beautiful house in an amazing location. Could sit at the kitchen window and watch the river all day.

Everything was lovely

Location was excellent with lovely view over the river Tees & Castle & just a short walk from the centre, although some road noise in the front bedroom it didn't detract from our stay. We would stay there again

A small issue with the cold tap & fixing of part of shower in bathroom need attention but has been reported to the owner

The Property is immaculately clean had everything we needed in the kitchen well positioned to walk into Barnard Castle We were there for my daughter’s 60th birthday who is a Local? We just wish we hadn’t had to leave so quickly at 10 o’clock we wanted to leave the place how we found it we had late night. And found it difficult checking out for this time. I left my phone charger and have to go back at 11:30. Fortunately we got to get it was a shame as there was no hurry to have – the way we did without a cup of tea, otherwise Property is absolutely perfect if you can put up with a noise from traffic in one of the front bedrooms I would definitely stay there again as problems I mentioned our minor in comparison to what we paid and how comfortable we were thank you
