Very clean and modern. Quick replies and the keyless system using codes on the door was really good.
No balcony and it became quite stuffy sometimes during the day and evening before the aircon came on. This was listed as having no balcony so I was aware.

Gostámos da localização do apartamento. Perto do mercado, perto do acesso à rua pedonal dos restaurantes. O apartamento está muito bem equipado. Não nos faltou nada!

It is spacious and it has a comfy couch, there’s also a sweet cat print in the kitchens ceiling
Highly overpriced for what you get (like an AC where you are charged extra for using it during the day, or getting 2 towels when you are in a group of 3 guests) but otherwise it meets basic standards.
The location didn’t feel very good, it’s populated and everyone is calling and approaching to sell random things. We were at the ground floor and they would even come knocking for selling these random things.
There’s a rooftop but be careful, if you stay there after a certain hour you get locked in by their access management system (read well all the warnings and instructions).
