Excellent location, pool was nice and staff were very responsive via message. It was good for the price and had nice extras like waters, washing tablets, plates etc

There’s no AC in the room and the fan is very weak, also note there is a charge to leave bags when you check out, the checkout time is early with no flexibility and you also have to pay for sun loungers around the pool which is quite inconvenient

Lovely, well located and clean

Everything was great

I had a wonderful stay in this studio in Las Américas. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and very close to the main surf spots, making it ideal for both relaxing by the sea and enjoying the local surf scene. The studio is lovely, cozy, well-equipped, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. What made my experience even better was the kindness of the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and available whenever I needed assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation near the ocean. I would happily stay here again

Unfortunately, the sun loungers by the pool have to be paid for, although this is clearly indicated

Perfect location
