Lots of good facilities - nice big smart TV, nice shower, fully spec kitchen, included some ‘supplies’ to get started too - coffee/tea, packets of sugar etc. Nice decor.

The staircase is STEEP and the landing at the top has a cut out for the last step so trips to the bathroom crossing the landing at night when you might not be fully awake, could be risky. It could do with a shelf next to the sink in the bathroom as the bathroom is so big, the shelves there holding towels etc is out of reach of the sink.

The property HAS NO PRIVATE PARKING it is on a SMELLY BUSY MAIN ROAD. Or park in a cul de sac at the side street WHICH WAS FULL! The door swung open and hit furniture making a racket. When it specifically gives times to be quiet! There was no toilet brush or toilet cleaning facilities. No normal to channels without logging in to your own Wi-Fi. Every-time you opened the door got a sewage smell! Meaning we couldn’t have windows open when it was hot at night.

Compact, clean house. Loved garden space with dining table. Double bed was very comfortable.

Keys were accessible but I was unable to open the front door from either inside or out; luckily my company could ! Didn't like plug-in air freshners- removed them until we departed.
