Location. House has good bones was not clean at all.

Was not clean. Toilet dirty on arrival. Microwave dirty. Oven didn't work and was not fixed after requesting it to be during stay. Grill not clean, dirty foil left in grill. Cutlery draw had a cockroach. Icy pole wrappers, and dirty tissues found on floor on arrival. Beds very uncomfortable. Bed underlays stained, carpet and sofas very stained and soiled. Stools had cereal stuck on then that I had to scrub and also cereal stuck to floor underneath stools. Dishes washed but on sink for us to put away on arrival. Spent nearly $2760 for week and was totally ripped off.
