Great location! Our family loved waking up on the beach. Property Manager was very attentive.

Evan was attentive easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for multi-generation families. This tall family was appreciative of 3 king size beds. Love Vilano Beach, it is the perfect place to escape. Vitamin Sea had everything needed for the beach with towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. It was the perfect home away from home. The cold bottle of Pinot Grigio was a nice, welcome surprise after our long day of travel!

We had a lovely time at Vitamin Sea ! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms ! The location was close to everything and the views of the ocean were amazing ! I watched the sunrise everyday from the large deck overlooking the ocean . Our adult kids enjoyed boogie boarding in the big waves after hurricane Idalia .Evan was great and made sure we were ok during the storm . I would highly recommend Vitamin Sea !

The home is older with small showers but the bedrooms and living areas are large enough for our family of 10. The manager was extremely nice and helpful!

The house was roomy and beautiful! The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to watch the sunrise and have a cup of coffee. There weren’t any stairs off the deck so it was safe for little kids and our dog. Loved it!

We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea. The number of bedrooms was perfect for the 13 people who made up 5 families. The kids were thrilled with the bunkbeds. The short walk from the house to the sand made for a great distance to the beach. No more dreading the question, "I need. . (fill in the blank). Evan, property manager, was immediately responsive to our needs.

Our family made wonderful memories during our vacation at Vitamin Sea. The beach was beautiful and was located right out of the door! The house is in a good location with the only negative being the proximity to the highway. The host was very accessible for our needs.

Vitamins Sea worked very well for our annual family beach vacation. We were sold with the THREE king beds!!! The house provided a variety of areas to hang out. The main living space was perfect when 10 adults and 2 children gathered together for meals and family fun. Location was prime. The house was as described although the “professional decorating”, albeit nice, did not appear recent.

We had a large group that stayed for a week. House was perfect in every way. Not a single complaint from anyone, and the kids are already planning a trip next year.

Great location right on the beach. Hurricane Ian passed through on Thursday and we were to arrive Saturday, so needless to say we were concerned. Evan did a great job in communicating before and after the storm. Fortunately, the house was totally spared from damage. The six bedrooms worked out great for our party of 11. House was clean and well stocked withe the necessities. We will certainly plan to stay here again.

Vitamin sea vacation house
The location of this house is amazing. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and beautiful sunrise. The house is well stocked with everything you would need for a week at the beach. Just a suitcase of close at you are all set. We are already looking to rent again in the future.

When I decided to take a long-needed vacation, I knew the beach was the destination. When I started looking, joined the VRBO site, and this home quickly became the favorite. From the description, I felt that this was the one to meet the needs for the family. Getting the dates I needed through the Christmas holiday was not difficult at all. The owners were in contact throughout the process and the closer the check-in date became, they were in contact often to make sure the needs of my family were met. I was so excited, just based on the description. When we finally arrived, found the home directly on the beach and was not disappointed at all. From getting there, getting in and settled, and finally with sand between my toes, I was not disappointed at all. I highly recommend this get-away because it is a convenient to the beach, as well as St. Augustine, it is a neighborhood, therefore, felt safe walking around. All the supplies needed were there, well stocked. It felt like home. Try it! You will not be disappointed. Very professional owners who are in-tune with what a family would need. Thank you for making my family and me feel like we had arrived home.

Relaxation
We enjoyed our week in this home. It was equipped with everything one could need. Especially the kitchen. Even spices. The ocean view was fabulous and so close. Will return in future.

Marine Corp birthday celebration
Four families got together at Vitamin Sea to celebrate the Marine Corp birthday. All 4 guys served together and currently all live in different states so we try to get together every year at this time. We had a house full, 7 adults, 2 kids ages 4 and 7, and 2 one year old babies. The house was perfectly equipped for all of us with room to spare. Communication with the home owners was very easy. They were very helpful whenever we needed something like instructions with the TV. We didn’t have great weather unfortunately, but will definitely be back to try again another year.

Took my brothers and parents for a long weekend to this home. Perfectly situated directly on the beach. Great view of the ocean and perfect for watching the sunrise. Plenty of room both in the kitchen and kitchen table. The owners were very prompt to answer question and helpful during our stay.

Saturday-Saturday golf outing with retired Air Force Buddies
The property was the perfect place to relax after a full day of golf. The wind and surf take away the stress of the day. The owner was genuinely eager to insure we enjoyed our stay. The checkout process was smooth and easy as long as you follow house rules. Recommend for any group or family looking to get get away from it all.

Beach front
We had a wonderful stay at Vitamin Sea. The house was clean and large. Plenty of space and all the pots and pans you need for cooking during your stay. The property is beachfront and easy access during our stay. The house is loaded with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. There is a shower and a hose to rinse off in and plenty of beach towels provided. There was multiple vacuums and brooms to keep up with the sand during a long stay which we appreciated. We really loved the porch and overall had a wonderful trip. We would stay at this property over and over again. Already planning our next trip! Thanks to Rick and Jenny who were wonderful hosts.

Excellent location to the beach
House had a couple minor things go wrong, but the location to the beach, food and entertainment was great. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again.

Tons of space, friendly owners, right on the beach! They have lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys. The king bedroom upstairs overlooking the water was amazing! Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. We will be renting this again!

Great family beach house!
This was the perfect house for a multigenerational beach vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but the living area and kitchen are perfect for gathering. Plenty of parking too. Will definitely rent again!

Amazing beach rental!
Tons of space, friendly owners, right on the beach! They have lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and kids toys. The king bedroom upstairs overlooking the water was amazing! Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. We will be renting this again!
