A beautiful home. Excellent for a family
get together. The host was very accommodating.

This VRBO was in excellent shape - very new - and worked out well for our family's get together over New Years. Kitchen and general amenities (bathrooms, washroom, etc.) were well stocked, and the owners did an excellent job of making sure the vast majority of personal home comforts were available to us. A few small items - we were missing dishwasher detergent and the correct cone coffee filters (recommend the owners buy a permanent wire basket), and the bunk beds needed some lubricant, but these were fairly minor items, most of which we were able to remedy at the nearby stores. We had also asked for an early check in which was accommodated which could have led to an item or two being missed. Big pluses were that a CVS and Allen's grocery were minutes away so going out for small items was convenient and easy. Would very much recommend the property - easy people to work with and the house was nice.

12 of us stayed here for a long mountain bike weekend, exploring the trails in and around Bentonville.
Easy access to the Back 40 and Blowing Spings trails, which lead you to Slaughter Pen, and an easy cut across town to get to Coler Park.
Great home, though the bunk beds were very rickety. Queen and king beds were very comfortable. The bike stand and racks in the garage were great, and the home was perfect for the 12 of us to enjoy time together after a fantastic day of riding.

This house was basically brand new and everything was great! For our group, which included 2 guys over 80 years old, the one story house was perfect.

This is the Best VRBO I have experienced. Perfect for 7 of us old golfers. Very comfortable with all the amenities we could want. Very much attention to detail in an impeccably clean and decorated recently built house. We could not have been more pleased with the spacious accommodations at a reasonable price. Would have liked to stay longer!

We couldn't be happier with our stay for our group of 8. House is extremely modern, with plenty of room, well-equiped kitchen and nice outdoor space. The garage bike storage, workstation and tools were a added bonus!
