Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a clear concept and exceptional service. I would definitely return in the near future.

Nice atmosphere and excellent facilities
The shower is a little dirty and the hotel facilities may not be good for the elderly as it is a hill top and difficult for the them to go around. The breakfast may not enough to serve all the guests.

The design and concept are the hotel’s strongest highlights—truly exceptional. The food is good with a great selection, and the afternoon tea is a lovely touch. The swans are absolutely adorable 🪿
The poorly trained and often confused staff are the hotel’s weakest point—they significantly detract from what should have been a memorable and pleasant experience. For a property of this caliber, proper training is essential, especially for the front desk team 🥲
