Location is great, take a shuttle to go to the main ski areas. A separate lift is also available at about 100 feet, it's blue run though. Many cross-country ski trails outside, with rental to different equipments. Two restaurants to choose from. It's a great place if you are into winter sport, and that you can afford the price.
More food choices. Parking was not easy. The parking lot becomes icy after days of snow and it was dangerous to walk, I and my son fell on top of the ice.

Beautiful location
Unit#810 is in dire need of refurbishment. Scratches and nicks in the woodwork downstairs, dirty and stained upholstery chairs. The kitchen was dirty and sticky. The oven was disgusting. I am really dissatisfied with the condition of this unit at $700 a night. I won’t be back and Will not recommend it. It’s a shame as the resort was nice over the years, I hate to see this go down hill. I took some pictures if you are interested.

The resort was nice, not what I expected.. I didn't make use of the resort activities on site.
After checking out, I was made aware of additional fees. There was a $50.00 resort fee each day and $25.00 parking fee each night . Why would I go thru a booking company if only to be charged additional hidden fees of approx. $165.00. Plus the room phone didn't work.

I liked the main pool, and 3 hot tubs. I also liked the beautiful location.
The room was VERY low budget, cheap mattresses and bedding. The room was scarcely decorated. The room had an old furniture smell.

Nice spa area
We were charged many fees including parking and resort fee despite there not being any mention of these fees on the listing. There was no shuttle being offered to the ski area and the lift near the resort was closed. Resort fee of $50/day and parking $20/day. What an absolute scam. Have the courage to list the fees except the property isnt worth it given the fees so they end up hiding these fees. There were many other options in the area right next to palisades which wouldve been much cheaper!
Worst part is that the resort staff arent able to help you with much since the room is privately owned, managed by a third party, but you check in through the resort.
Stay away (unless it’s your very last option)…!

Tahoe and Squaw are beautiful and the staff there was friendly

The location was perfect. We did not leave the property for the weekend.
There were a lot of added on fees. The front desk was a little unsure as to how to check in a Vacasa rental.
