Location, only 5min walk to the famous hand, and to princepotes beach club.. But also short walk to Lori beach. 15min walk to orange/poda beach clubs.. So many beaches and beach clubs all within short walk away, but far enough out for peace & quiet. Accom is brand new, amazing pool, free beach towels, biggest choice of breakfast I've seen on my Albanian travels. Beds were so comfy, best pillows ever.. Great shower. And could watch the amazing sunsets from our balcony. Staff were so helpful and nice.. We were so sad to leave. Wish we had stayed longer, nothing has measured up to how nice this place was. And we've paid twice the money. We will be back next year, for longer and everyone we've met we've suggested this place. Fridge and kettle. Air great too. It was also a 10 min walk to the bus back to sarande.

Room was a lovely size, very clean and the pool area was great. It was very easy to walk to the centre of Ksamil and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Room and territory around the house were in general very nice - all was clean, furniture, staff in bathroom were new. Location was good, few beaches situated in 5 - 10 min walk. Some shops with basic staff and food were also close by. Hosts were nice people, things like laundry or iron were provided immediately upon request.

Kitchen was equipped poorly, stove was not working properly (actually oven did not work at all and cooking plate to warm up needed maybe 30 min). WiFi was poor. The worst for us was bad - the most uncomfortable ever, extremely hard! I felt like I slept just on the floor, for all time stayed there I never slept normally.
