Location fantastic. Had everything we needed.
Only minor issue was a very small fridge to supply 3 double room house.
As noted above- could have had larger fridge

The location is fantastic, so close to the shops, pubs and beach and also public transport.
Nothing I can think of.

The house was immaculately clean and well presented. We enjoyed the quirky decor. Beds were very comfortable, and the large, fluffy towels were a delight! Central location in Broughty Ferry.
The traffic noise from the road and noise and vibration from passing trains on the neighbouring railway line. There are more trains to and from Aberdeen than I had anticipated!

Location apart from trains
Stairs too steep, toilet flush inadequate had to hold it to flush, no drawers for clothes , lounge not set out right and uncomfortable seats, loved ornaments.
