Just spent 3 days with our 3 granddaughters - 1st grade and younger. Condo was set up perfect for our little group. Kiddos loved the bunk beds, and our bedroom was set up nice with a comfy bed. Everything we needed from the Kitchen, Living room, to the beach toys was at our fingertips. The beach wagon was the best to haul everything down to the beach...which was right outside the condo with a very short walk. We enjoyed making memories with the girls and this condo was the easy button we needed.

The property was perfect. Location and view were awesome. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The porch is spacious and we enjoyed a lot of time out there as well. We definitely will be back!

We had en excellent time at this property! I could spend all day on the balcony. The condo is supplied with ample supplies for the kitchen and the beach. Plenty of towels in the unit for both the bath and the beach.

This was the perfect space for my family. It’s the most kid/family friendly rental we’ve every stayed in that was so beautiful decorated and yet very well equipped for our stay. The addition of the beach toys, wagon, and chairs for beach use was so appreciated!!

Our family just checked out from our 3 night stay here and are headed home now. It was everything they advertised it to be. We loved it. We prefer Surfside over Galveston for the more relaxed feel. We set up our tent on the beach on Sat morning and left it there until Sunday evening. We were able to go out for a couple hours at a time and our spot was still there waiting for us. The deck is amazing; took a nice nap there on the couch. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. Plenty of towels provided. Games in the TV stand, we added a couple puzzles and a deck of cards. The kids, ages 5 & 7 loved the cute little reading book! This place was so perfect for our family of five. Thank you!

We had a great time staying for an extra long weekend at surfside oasis! The condo was just as clean and lovely as the photos show, and it was GREAT to have filtered water. The beds and furniture--inside and out--were also super comfortable. We're not sensitive sleepers, but if you are--just a warning that you're sharing walls with other condos where you can hear other families or friends if they're having parties or out on their patios. Just an FYI if you're a gentle sleeper! It didn't bother us.

Beautiful quaint beach house. Perfect for a quick getaway or celebrating a birthday with the family. Very well organized and well stocked house. Enjoyed the amenities as well as the laminated handbook that provided detailed instruction and information not only for the house but the surrounding area. Amazing patio and a short walk from the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I love this property. The location is perfect. I have stayed in many places on Surfside Beach and This has been the most comfortable. I especially love the balcony.

This home was very clean, well-appointed, with a terrific deck and a short walk to the beach. Everything we were looking for and then some. So many small, thoughtful touches used to make the best use of space and to make everyone feel at home. The owners were incredibly responsive at all hours. Very impressed. We will be back!

I almost didn't want to write this review so that I could keep this little gem to myself! The property is EXACTLY as it appears in the photos-beautiful! Everything was clean and inviting. The home was equipped with everything we needed. I contacted the owners before our trip just to double check things and they quick to respond each time. The porch....WOW! The swings we so amazing that we almost didn't make it to the beach. Who needs the sand when you can swing/rock and still enjoy the breeze and sound of the waves? This property is perfect for a small group. This weekend was only 2 adults but we felt like we could have easily taken our 3 grown daughters and had plenty of space. I highly recommend this home!

The property itself is perfect and is exactly as described. We loved all of the little touches and extras thoughtfully put into the location. The jug of water was key to the great weekend. The area itself does not have the best tasting y bottled water. The beach was gorgeous and we loved the porch. The town itself was a little more quite than we are used to. We tend to be foodies and there’s not a lot of good food options if you don’t have a car. The local food truck and local store lot ended up being our favorite place to go for food and shopping. Overall a great weekend at a lovely location!

My family and I had such a wonderful week at this amazing, immaculate Condo! If it wasn’t already booked, I would of loved to have stayed another week!! Haha. Amazing views from both front and back decks. Perfect to just kick back with a book and listening to the waves roll in. The beach is right there which made it very convenient toting kids and all the beach gear down. No problems at all with condo parking. The Host is amazing and so easy to work with!! Thank you so much for sharing your home! We will definitely be going back in the future!!

This condo has an amazing location with great views! The beach is just steps out your door and many beach items are supplied with the rental. Everything has been updated inside thwe unit and was in great condition. The new owners were wonderful to work with and responded immediately with any questions we had. I highly recommend this for a family stay!

We stayed here July 3-9. This place is heaven! It was very clean. Fully stocked with dishes, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The house is beautiful and the porch is the most relaxing place you could want to be with plenty of seating for the entire family. Kids said the sofa bed is super comfortable as well. The master bed had its own bathroom and all beds are soft as can be. The beach is just steps away. The waves can be heard crashing from the porch. I can't say enough about the house itself it was perfect! The current owners just bought the place and the transition couldn't have been better. The new owners are amazing. They were helpful and we were able to contact them during our stay and that meant more to me then anything. I have not had any better service from any booking place yet. Definitely recommend. suitable for yourself and spouse or even the entire family like us!

This is the best place to stay in Surfside Beach, TX if you want to swim, watch the waves, or walk the beach. The house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for my family of 3. We are already considering coming back with more family or friends next time. The water was great and the house had tons of toys and equipment to make our stay effortless. No need to fight the beach parking when you stay this close. We loved this place and can’t wait to stay again!

That being said, there were a few minor organizational and cleanliness issues that seemed to have gotten lost in the shuffle. The new owner was communicative and efficient at resolving things that we brought to her attention, and seemed like the type of owner that will tend to the other issues promptly once she has a chance to (she closed on the property just a few days before our arrival). The condo is decorated beautifully and the porch is fantastic. The beds have nice linens and are very comfortable. We came to the same condo last year and loved the place, which is why we came back. However, it’s important to know that in peak season this is not a quiet and tranquil destination. Last year we had the beach almost to ourselves. This year it was a parking lot. By Saturday there were thousands of people, lots of music and drinking. If that’s your scene you’ll enjoy it. Still lots of kids and families there. We are from DFW so we were looking to escape the crowds somewhat and listen to waves, so it was a bit disappointing that the environment wasn’t what we experienced last year. But that won’t bother you if you are the fun-loving extroverted type. If you aren’t then try going early May or not during the peak. One thing I like about this place is the accommodations for kids, including lots of games, beach toys, and the book nook. All in all we had a good time. One suggestion- blackout curtains for the bedrooms. It really helps us parents to get our kids to sleep in later. :) Overall a good place and worth a visit!

This condo was fantastic! My family and I stayed 6 nights for vacation and absolutely enjoyed it. The condo is full of amenities, everything you need to enjoy the beach, hotel style toiletries and coffee! The property owner is highly responsive. Location is great only moments from the beach. We especially enjoyed the mornings on the deck. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend to others.
