Great location, the owner contacted us about some prior and was very welcoming with all information needed. An excellent choice for us and very close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was exactly as described.

A pleasure to communicate with Sue. Prompt and professional. We had to change dates due to work and she made it hassle free. Location was just what we wanted and having a parking spot was one less hassle for the area. Rental was clean and set up well with a murphy bed to give the feeling of more room. Definitely recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my parents anniversary. They had a great time and loved everything about their stay. Sue was very helpful and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!

Location waa easy to get around and condo was accomodating and comfortable. Wonderful weather- enjoyed the beach.
We would have enjoyed black out curtains- the sun got up early- ha...we made the most out of our time.

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Love the location and very clean and secure building. sat each morning on the balcony and enjoyed the view and sound of the waves. would love to go back. host was great.

Overall was a nice stay. Good communication with owner, location was good. A slight chemical smell in the room but nothing terrible.

Padlock with keys was rusted shut... No instructions on check out process ex beding.. garabe... No communication between us and property owner... Quiet .. good location to the beach... Unit was decorated nicely .. Liked the elevator..

This is a great location right across the street from the ocean. Woud recommend they remove the extra chair in front of the pull out couch when 4 people stay there otherwise it is very tight.

We always like to stay on North Beach because it’s quiet while still being close to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. Our room was clean and very comfortable having everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, including extra pillows and bedding. The view is spectacular and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean cannot be beat.

If you like the beach right at your fingertips, this is a wonderful place. The VRBO room was changed from a hotel room to a vrbo, again great location. The street noise was very loud during the night as this location is on an intersection. There was one night with people arguing on the beach which added some noises late at night. The coffee machine needs to be upgraded. Overall, it was pleasant to stay at the QC Studio.

BEAUTIFUL sunrises! North Beach is far better/less crowded than the main beach. Cute décor in suite. Sue is easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay again.

Priceless view
The view from the balcony was beautiful! Super easy access to the beach. A bit away from the strip and the beach was more rocks than sand. We are older and hanging out at the strip or at the beach wasn't important to us. There is plenty of parking on the strip if that's what you're looking for. The location was perfect because it wasn't loud or rowdy late at night. The parking for this unit is convenient and the check in process was easy and simple to understand. The building has an elevator so you don't have to lug everything up the stairs. Loved this! The communication with the owner was extremely fast and very pleasant. There was someone parked in our spot one day and she had it resolved before we even knew it happened. I would stay here again. 😊
